I actually discovered this by accident.
She joined me in the studio recently for a shoot. We were mid-session, grabbing a quick break, chatting about business like you do. I made a couple of throwaway comments about goals, growth, the usual pressures. Nothing dramatic. Nothing I thought needed unpacking.
Ten minutes later? I was in a full-blown spontaneous coaching session on something I didn’t even realise was sitting there.
The way she listened was different. Not just to the words, but to what was underneath them. The patterns, the pressure, the blind spots I’d normalised. She reflected it back so clearly it was almost disarming.
